不同体积良性前列腺增生对经尿道前列腺电切术疗效的影响

摘要：

目的 研究不同体积良性前列腺增生（BPH）对经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）疗效的影响。方法 选取我院收治的370 例 BPH 的患者为研究对象，按前列腺体积大小分为两组，其中体积80~120 mL为A组，共200例，体积约80 mL 为B 组，共170 例。所有患者均于我院行TURP。比较两组手术相关指标（手术时间、术中出血量、术后膀胱冲洗时间及导尿管放置时间），同 时了解两组术后并发症发生情况。结果 A 组手术时间、术后膀胱冲洗时间及尿管放置时间明显长于B 组，术中出血量多于B组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。A 组并发症总发生率显著高于B 组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 TURP 治疗小体积 BPH临床效果优于大体积BPH，并且术后并发症发生率低，安全性高。

Effect of different volume benign prostatic hyperplasia on the efficacy of transurethral resection of prostate

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of different sizes of benign prostatic h yperplasia (BPH) on transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP). Methods A total of 370 cases of patients with BPH in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and divided into two groups according to the volume of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Two hundred cases with BPH volume of 80-120 mL was regarded as the group A. One hundred and seventy cases with BPH volume less than 80 mL was regarded as the group B. All patients were treated with TURP in our hospital. Surgical -related indicators (operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative bladder rinse time and catheter placement time) and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, postoperative bladder irrigation time and catheter placement time in the group A were significantly longer than those in the group B (P<0.05). The bleeding volume in the group A was more than that in the group B (P<0.05). The total incidence of complication in the group A was significantly higher than that in the group B (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of TURP in the treatment of small volume BPH is better than that of large volume BPH, which has less postoperative complications and high safety.
