针灸推拿加中药治疗颈椎病的临床效果与安全性研究

摘要：

目的 分析针灸推拿结合中药治疗颈椎病的临床疗效与安全性。方法 将我院收治的180 例颈椎病患者随机分成观察 组（90 例，采用针灸推拿结合中药治疗）与对照组（90 例，采用针灸推拿治疗），比较两组临床治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗 总有效率（95.6%）高于对照组（86.7%）（P<0.05）。治疗1、3 个疗程后，两组患者VAS 评分均降低，且观察组评分低于对照组 （P<0.05）。观察组患者的复发率（0.0%）明显低于对照组（7.8%）（P<0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 针灸推拿加中药治疗颈椎病的临床效果明显，安全性较高。

Clinical effect and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion plus traditional Chinese medicine on cervical spondylosis

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine on cervical spondylosis. Methods One hundred and eighty cases of cervical spondylosis patients admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number methods, with 90 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine, and the control group was given acupuncture and massage therapy, then the clinical effects between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (95.6%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.7%) (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the two groups decreased after treatment for 1 and 3 courses (P<0.05), and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group (0.0%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (7.8%) (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion plus traditional Chinese medicine on cervical spondylosis is obvious and the safety is high.
