百笑灸联合特定电磁波谱照射治疗30 例脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 观察百笑灸联合TDP 照射治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法 将60 例脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者随机分为试 验组和对照组，各30 例。对照组给予常规中西医治疗；试验组在常规中西医治疗的基础上增加百笑灸联合TDP 照射治疗。对 比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 两组患者治疗后胃脘痛均有不同程度减轻，试验组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论 百笑灸联合TDP 照射治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛临床疗效较好，可推广使用。

Effect of Baixiao moxibustion combined with specific electromagnetic spectrum therapy in treatment of 30 cases with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type of gastric abscess

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Baixiao moxibustion combined with TDP irradiation in the treatment of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type of gastric abscess. Methods Sixty cases of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type of gastric abscess were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine chinese and western medicine treatment; the experimental group was given Baixiao moxibustion combined with TDP irradiation treatment on the basis of chinese and western medicine treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The gastric abscess of the two groups after treatment alleviated, the curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Baixiao moxibustion combined with TDP irradiation in the treatment of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type of gastric abscess is better, which is worth to promote in clinical.
