PDCA 在医院药事管理中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨PDCA 在医院药事管理中的应用效果，为PDCA 在医院药事管理中的应用提供理论依据。方法 选取2014 年 5 月至2015 年5 月在我院进行工作的120 名药师和接受治疗的90 例患者作为对照组，未实施PDCA 法进行管理；选取2015 年6 月至2016 年6 月在医院进行工作的120 名药师和接受治疗的90 例患者作为观察组，实施PDCA 法管理。对两组药事管 理的管理质量进行技术测评，对药师和患者对于药事管理的管理质量进行满意度调查，记录调查结果，调查方式采用问卷调 查的方式进行，满分为100 分，当场回收所有问卷。分析比较两组的管理质量评分、药师和患者满意度评分情况。结果 问卷 回收率为100%；观察组的管理质量评分、药师和患者满意度评分均明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论  PDCA 在医院药事管理中的应用效果显著，能够对医院的药事管理质量得到很好的改善，提高了药师和患者对于医院管理质 量的满意度，提高了医院的整体管理水平，值得应用推广。

Application effect of PDCA in hospital pharmacy administration

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA in hospital pharmacy management, and to provide theoretical basis for the application of PDCA in hospital pharmacy management. Methods A total of 120 pharmacists working in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 and 90 patients receiving treatment were selected as the control group and the PDCA was not used. A total of 120 pharmacists working in the hospital and 90 patients receiving treatment from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the observation group and the PDCA was used. The management quality of pharmaceutical management were technically evaluated in both groups. Satisfaction of pharmacists and patients in the management quality of pharmacy management were investigated and the survey results were recorded. The survey method was conducted by means of a questionnaire survey. The full score was 100 and all the questionnaires were collected on the spot. The management quality scores, pharmacist and patient satisfaction score were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The questionnaire collection rate was 100%; the quality of management score, pharmacist and patient satisfaction scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The PDCA in hospital pharmacy management has remarkable application effect, which can improve the quality of hospital pharmacy management, improve the satisfaction of pharmacists and patients for the management quality of pharmacy management, and improve the overall management level of hospital. It is worth promoting.
