急危重症专科护士的培养方案及效果

摘要:

目的 探讨急危重症专科护士的培养方案及效果。方法 将2015 年1 月至2015 年12 月的常规专科护士培养资料纳入 对照组,将2016 年1 月至2016 年12 月的一体化专科护士培养资料纳入观察组。对比两种培养方案的效果。结果 观察组的急救理论[(85.31±12.15)分]、重症护理理论[(91.03±13.57)分]、应急操作理论[(88.54±16.24)分]得分均高于对照组的
[(69.28±11.09)分]、[(54.21±13.02)分]、[(60.37±15.89)分],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良护理事件发生率为 0.3%,低于对照组的0.7%(P<0.05)。结论 急危重症专科护士实施专业化的一体化培养方案,能够提高护理人员的专业知识掌握程度,降低不良护理事件的发生率。

    Training schemes of specialized nurses for acute and critical diseases and its effect

    ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the training schemes of professional nurses for acute and critical diseases and its effect. Methods The training data of routine specialized nurses from January 2015 to December 2015 were included in the control group, and the training data of the integrated specialized nurses from January 2016 to December 2016 were included in the observation group. The effects of the two training schemes were compared. Results The scores first aid theory (85.31± 12.15), intensive care theory (91.03±13.57), operation theory of emergency (88.54±16.24) in the observation group were higher than (69.28±11.09), (54.21±13.02), (60.37±15.89) in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse nursing events in the observation group was 0.3%, which was lower than the incidence of adverse nursing events in the control group (0.7%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of specialized integrated training schemes for acute and critical diseases nurses can improve the professional knowledge of nursing staff and reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events.
