脑梗死合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征相关危险因素的分析

摘要:

目的 探讨脑梗死合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)患者通气功能与血脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法 收集在本院 接受治疗的脑梗死合并SAS 患者32 例为A 组,并选择同期单纯脑梗死患者43例为B组和进行体检的健康人群50例为C组。对比三组的通气功能指标、外周血中血脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗指标水平。结果 C 组的TC、TG、LDL-C 水平低于A、B 组,且B组低于A组;C组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、HDL-C水平高于A、B 组,且B 组高于A 组(P<0.05)。C 组的FINS、HOMA-IR 水平低于 A、B 组,B 组低于A 组(P<0.05)。脑梗死合并SAS患者的通气功能与脂质代谢指标及胰岛素抵抗指标均有关(P<0.05)。结论 脑梗死合并SAS 患者存在通气功能抑制,通气状态与血脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗等指标直接相关。

    Relevant risk factors analysis of cerebral infarction complicated
    with sleep apnea syndrome

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the correlation of ventilation function with blood lipid metabolism, insulin resistance in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with sleep apnea syndrome (SAS). Methods Thirty-two patients with cerebral infarction complicated with SAS who underwent treatment in our hospital were selected as the group A, and 43 patients with simple cerebral infarction in the same period were selected as the group B, and 50 healthy subjects undergoing physical examination were selected as the group C. The ventilation function, peripheral blood lipid metabolism, insulin resistance levels among the three groups were compared. Results The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the group C were lower than those in the group A and B, and those in the group B were lower than the group A; the FEV1、FEV1/FVC, HDL-C levels in the group C were higher than those in the group A and B, and that in the group B were higher than the group A (P<0.05). The levels of FINS and HOMA-IR in the group C were lower than those in the group A and B, and those in the group B were lower than the group A (P<0.05). Ventilation function in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with SAS was related to the lipid metabolism indexes and insulin resistance indexes (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with cerebral infarction complicated with SAS exist respiratory depression, the ventilation state is directly related to the lipid metabolism and insulin resistance indexes.
