鼻内镜手术与传统开放性手术治疗复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床效果分析

摘要：

目的 比较分析鼻内镜手术与传统开放性手术治疗复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床效果。方法 选择2012年1月至2016年12月在我院进行诊治的80例复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组40 例。对照组患者给予传统的开放性 手术治疗，观察组患者给予鼻内镜手术治疗，比较两组的临床治疗效果、术后住院时间及病情控制时间。结果 观察组患者的 治疗总有效率为92.50%（37/40），明显高于对照组的75.00%（30/40）（P<0.05）。观察组患者的术后住院时间及病情控制时间均明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 鼻内镜手术治疗复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床效果显著优于传统开放性手术，不仅可以明 显提高治疗有效率，还可以有效缩短术后住院时间以及病情控制时间，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical effects of nasal endoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery on recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the clinical effects of nasal endoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery on recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods From January 2012 to December 2016, 80 cases of patients with recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given traditional open surgery, while the observation group received endoscopic sinus surgery. The clinical efficacy, postoperative hospitalization time and the time of disease control were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50% (37/40), which was significantly higher than 75.00% (30/40) of the control group (P<0.05). The postoperative hospitalization time and the time of disease control in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery has better effect in the treatment of recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps than the traditional open surgery, which can not only significantly improve the treatment efficiency, but also effectively shorten the postoperative hospitalization time and the time of disease control. It has high value in clinical application.
