产后康复治疗仪联合热敷治疗产妇乳汁淤积的临床疗效分析

摘要：

目的 分析应用康复治疗仪联合热敷治疗产妇产后乳汁淤积的临床疗效。方法 随机选择2015 年1 月至2016 年6 月我院收治的50 例乳汁淤积产妇为研究对象，根据不同治疗方法分为研究组（25 例）与对照组（25 例）。研究组给予产后 康复治疗仪联合热敷治疗，对照组单一应用产后康复治疗仪治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果 研究组临床治疗有效率达 到92.0%，明显高于对照组的68.0%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，研究组未出现中、重度疼痛产妇，研究组产 妇的乳房疼痛情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对乳汁淤积产妇应用产后康复治疗仪联合热敷 治疗，不仅可以有效地改善乳汁淤积产妇的临床症状，也可以缓解乳汁淤积产妇的乳房疼痛状况，在临床中发挥积极治 疗作用。

Clinical curative effect analysis of postpartum rehabilitation therapy combined with hot compress in the treatment

of postpartum galactostasis

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of postpartum rehabilitation therapy combined with hot compress in the treatment of puerperants with postpartum galactostasis. Methods From January 2015 to June 2016, 50 cases of puerperants with postpartum galactostasis treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and divided into study group (25 cases) and control group (25 cases) according to different treatment methods. The study group received postpartum rehabilitation treatment combined with hot compress, the control group was singly given postpartum rehabilitation therapy. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical treatment effective rate in the study group was 92.0%, which was significantly higher than 68.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, there was no moderate or severe pain puerperant in the study group, the improvement of breast pain in the study group was obviously better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Postpartum rehabilitation therapy combined with hot compress has remarkable effect in the treatment of puerperants postpartum galactostasis, which can not only improve the clinical symptoms of postpartum galactostasis puerperants, but also relieve the breast pain of postpartum galactostasis puerperants. It plays an active role in clinical treatment.
