妊娠期高血压疾病对胎儿心功能和生长发育的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨妊娠期高血压疾病对胎儿心功能和生长发育的影响。方法 选取2016年1月至2017年1月在我院就诊的 50例血压正常孕妇和50 例妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇为研究对象，前者设为对照组，后者设为观察组。对两组孕妇孕期实施胎儿超声心动图检查，比较两组胎儿的心功能以及生长发育情况。结果 观察组胎儿的头围、双顶径、腹围和股骨长度均明显小于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组胎儿生长发育迟缓率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组胎儿的左、右心室Tei 指数均明显大于对 照组（P<0.05）。结论 妊娠期高血压疾病会影响胎儿的心功能和生长发育，因此，积极预防和治疗妊娠期高血压疾病对胎儿的 健康成长意义重大。

Effects of hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy on fetal heart function and growth and development

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy on fetal heart function and growth and development. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, 50 cases of normal blood pressure pregnant women and 50 cases of pregnant women with hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy were selected as the research objects. The former was belong to control group, the later was belong to observation group. Fetal echocardiography was performed in the two groups during pregnancy, and the state of fetal heart function and growth and development were compared between the two groups. Results The head circumference, biparietal diameter, abdominal circumference and femur length of the fetus in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the rate of growth retardation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); the Tei index of left and right ventricles in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy can affect fetal heart function and growth and development, therefore, the active prevention and treatment of hypertension has great significance on the fetal healthy growth.
