针灸联合微波治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨和分析针灸联合微波治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法 选择2014 年3 月至2017 年2 月我院收 治的80 例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者作为研究对象，按照入院顺序分成甲组（41 例）和乙组（39 例），两组患者均通过针灸进 行治疗，甲组患者加用微波疗法进行治疗，评价两组患者的治疗效果。结果 甲组患者治疗总有效率为97.56%，明显高于乙 组患者的82.05%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.342，P=0.024）。结论 在带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的治疗中，针灸与微波联合应 用的效果确切，提高了患者的治疗有效率，值得推广。

Clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with microwave in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with microwave in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Eighty cases of patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2017 were selected as the study objects, and divided into group A (41 cases) and group B (39 cases). The patients in the two groups were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion, then the patients in the group A added microwave therapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the group A was 97.56%, and it was 82.05% in the group B, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups ( χ2=5.342, P=0.024). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with postherpetic neuralgia, acupuncture combined with microwave can improve the efficiency of the treatment, which is worth promoting.
