中医疗法对退行性关节炎的治疗效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨与观察中医疗法对退行性关节炎的治疗效果，为中医疗法的推广应用提供参考。方法 选择2013 年8 月至 2016 年1 月在我院诊治的退行性关节炎患者116 例，根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各58 例。对照组患者采用传 统西药治疗，观察组患者给予中医疗法治疗，均治疗3 个月。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为 91.38%，明显高于对照组的77.59%（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的HSS 评分比较，无明显差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的 HSS 评分均升高，且观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 中医疗法在退行性关节炎患者中的应用能消除关节肿胀，改善膝关节 功能，从而提高疗效，有很好的应用价值。

Effective observation of traditional Chinese medicine therapy on degenerative arthritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine therapy on degenerative arthritis. Methods A total of 116 cases of patients with degenerative arthritis admitted into our hospital from August 2013 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 58 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given traditional western medicine, while patients in the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine therapy, and both groups received 3 months treatment. The clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.38%, which was significantly higher than 77.59% in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the HSS scores between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the HSS scores of both groups increased, and that of the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine used in the degenerative arthritis patients can remove the swelling of joint, improve the functions of joint and then increase the therapeutic effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
