阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法 将我院收治的96 例肺炎患儿随机分为 对照组（阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗）和试验组（阿莫西林克拉维酸钾+阿奇霉素治疗），各48 例。比较两组患儿的治疗效 果。结果 试验组临床总有效率（93.75%）高于对照组（81.25%）（P<0.05）；试验组发热消退时间（2.35±0.89）d、肺啰音消失时间
（4.41±1.54）d、咳嗽消退时间（5.05±1.58）d 及住院时间（6.84±2.22）d 均短于对照组的（4.25±1.11）d、（7.35±2.33）d、（9.08±1.86）d、（12.24±2.42）d（P<0.05）；试验组不良反应总发生率（6.25%）低于对照组（27.08%）（P<0.05）。结论 阿莫西林克拉维酸 钾联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎安全可靠。

Clinical effect of amoxicillin potassium clavulanate potassium combined with azithromycin in the treatment of infantile pneumonia

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amoxicillin potassium clavulanate potassium and azithromycin in the treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods Ninety-six cases of children with pneumonia in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (received amoxicillin potassium clavulanate potassium treatment) and experimental group (received amoxicillin potassium clavulanate potassium and azithromycin treatment), with 48 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group (93.75%) was higher than 81.25% of the control group (P<0.05). The time of fever extinction [(2.35±0.89) d], the time of pulmonary rales disappeared [(4.41±1.54) d], the time of cough subsiding (5.05±1.58) d] and hospitalization time [(6.84±2.22) d] of the experimental group were all shorter than (4.25±1.11) d, (7.35±2.33) d, (9.08±1.86) d and (12.24±2.42) d of the control group (P<0.05); the total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.25% , which was lower than 27.08% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Amoxicillin potassium clavulanate potassium and azithromycin on pneumonia in children is safe and reliable.
