卡前列素氨丁三醇与缩宫素联合预防瘢痕子宫孕妇剖宫产术后出血的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇与缩宫素联合预防瘢痕子宫孕妇剖宫产术后出血的临床效果。方法 选取2015 年10 月 到2016 年10 月在本院进行剖宫产分娩的308 例瘢痕子宫孕妇作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组154 例。对照 组采用缩宫素进行预防治疗，观察组在此基础上注射250 μg 卡前列素氨丁三醇。观察两组的预防效果。结果 观察组孕妇的 产后2、24 h 出血量均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的出血率为11.69%（18/154），低于对照组的 24.03%（37/154），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的不良反应总发生率为2.60%（4/154），略低于对照组的7.14%（11/ 154），差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 在瘢痕子宫孕妇剖宫产术后出血的预防中，卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素能够降低孕妇产 后出血率与出血量，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of combination of choprostenin tromethamine and oxytocin on preventing hemorrhage after cesarean section in pregnant women with scar

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combination of choprostenin tromethamine and oxytocin on preventing hemorrhage after cesarean section in pregnant women with scar. Methods A total of 308 pregnant women in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (n=154) and control group (n= 154). The control group was treated with oxytocin prevention treatment. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with 250 μg of choprodin tromethamine injection. The preventive effects of the two groups were observed. Results The bleeding volume at 2 and 24 hours after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The bleeding rate in the observation group was 11.69% (18/154), which was lower than 24.03% (37/154) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.60% (4/154), which was slightly lower than 7.14% (11/154) in the control group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Prevention hemorrhage after cesarean section in pregnant women with scar, combination of choprostenin tromethamine and oxytocin can reduce the bleeding rate and bleeding volume of pregnant women, with high safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
