鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效分析

摘要：

目的 探讨鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床治疗效果。方法 将我院2016 年1 月1 日至2016 年12 月31 日接收治疗的 150 例慢性鼻窦炎患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各75 例。观察组患者采用鼻内窥镜手术治疗，对照组患者接受传统鼻窦炎 治疗，比较两组的疗效。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；术后，观察组的复发 率（1.33%）明显低于对照组（13.33%），观察组患者术后并发症发生率（0.00%）显著低于对照组（5.33%），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 临床采用鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎安全有效，且疗效显著，术后恢复快，应在临床广泛使用。

Curative effect analysis of endoscopic sinus surgery in chronic sinusitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of nasal endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis. Methods A total of 150 patients with chronic sinusitis treated in our hospital from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 75 cases in each group. The observation group used nasal endoscopic sinus surgery, the control group was given traditional sinusitis treatment. The clinical curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); after operation, the recurrence rate of the observation group (1.33%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (13.33%), the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group (0.00%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (5.33%), and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery is a safe and effective method in the treatment of chronic sinusitis, and the curative effect is remarkable, the postoperative recovery is fast, which should be widely used in clinic.
