星状神经节阻滞治疗神经性耳鸣65例临床分析

摘要：

目的 观察星状神经节阻滞治疗神经性耳鸣的临床效果及作用机制。方法 将我院收治的65 例神经性耳鸣患者随机分 为观察组（33 例）和对照组（32 例），对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用星状神经节阻滞治疗。观察两 组的治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%，显著高于对照组的78.13%（P<0.05）。两组治疗后THI、SAS 评分显著 低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组收缩期血流峰值流速、舒张末期血流流速、血管内径、每分钟血 流量显著高于治疗前（P<0.01）。观察组治疗后收缩期血流峰值流速、舒张末期血流流速显著高于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 星状 神经节阻滞联合药物治疗神经性耳鸣的临床效果优于常规药物治疗，可能通过改善收缩期血流峰值流速、舒张末期血流流 速提高药物治疗效果。

Clinical analysis of stellate ganglion block in 65 cases of neurological tinnitus

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect and mechanism of stellate ganglion block in the treatment of neurological tinnitus. Methods Sixty-five patients with neurological tinnitus admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (33 cases) and control group (32 cases). The control group was treated with routine therapy, and the observation group was treated with stellate ganglion block on the basis of the control group, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than 78.13% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the THI and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The systolic blood peak flow velocity, end diastolic blood flow velocity, blood vessel diameter and blood flow per minute in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.01). The systolic blood peak flow velocity and end diastolic blood flow velocity in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The effect of stellate ganglion blockade combined with drug treatment in neurological tinnitus is superior to that of routine drug therapy. It is possible to improve the therapeutic effects of medications by improving the systolic blood peak flow velocity and end diastolic blood flow velocity.
