子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者围手术期护理干预效果分析

摘要：

目的 研究对于子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者提供围手术期护理干预措施的影响。方法 将我院2015 年10 月至2016 年6 月收治的76 例子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组38 例。对照组患者接受术期一般护 理，观察组患者接受围手术期护理干预措施。比较两组患者生活质量评分和干预前、后血压控制情况。结果 两组患者干预前 收缩压及舒张压水平比较，均无显著差异（P>0.05）；干预后，两组患者收缩压及舒张压水平均降低，且观察组低于对照组（P< 0.05）。两组患者干预前各项生活质量评分比较，均无显著差异（P>0.05）；干预后，两组患者各项生活质量评分均明显升高，且 观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 为子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者提供围手术期护理干预措施，可有效提高患者生活质量，且干 预后血压水平控制较好。

Effect analysis of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with uterine fibroids complicated with hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on uterine leiomyoma patients with hypertension. Methods Seventy -six patients with uterine fibroids hypertension in our hospital from October 2015 to June 2016 were enrolled and divided into control group (with general nursing service) and observation group (with perioperative nursing interventions) according to the random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The quality of life scores and the blood pressure before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased in both groups, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in quality of life scores before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the quality of life scores of both groups were significantly increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing interventions for uterine fibroids patients with hypertension in clinic can effectively improve the patients`` quality of life, and the blood pressure after intervention is better.
