优质护理干预对老年糖尿病患者血糖控制效果及生活质量的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨优质护理干预对老年糖尿病患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响。方法 选取本院2015 年1 月至2017 年1 月收 治的老年糖尿病患者120 例，根据护理方法的不同分为观察组（实施优质护理）和对照组（实施传统护理），各60 例。比较两 组患者的血糖控制效果及生活质量。结果 干预后，两组患者血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均明显降低，且观察组显著低于对照 组（P<0.05）；两组患者生活质量评分均明显升高，且观察组显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 老年糖尿病患者实施优质护理干 预，血糖控制效果好，患者生活质量明显改善，临床护理效果显著。

Effect of high quality nursing intervention on blood glucose control and quality of life in elderly patients

with diabetes mellitus

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing intervention on blood glucose control and quality of life in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 120 cases of elderly pa tients with diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group (high quality nursing) and control group (traditional nursing) according to nursing methods, with 60 cases in each group. The effect of blood glucose control and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the levels of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups declined obviously than before, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); the scores of quality of life in the two groups increased obviously than before, and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing intervention applied for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus could obtain good effect of blood glucose control and improve quality of life, which has significant nursing efficacy.
