冠心病合并高血压患者实施综合护理服务的效果观察

摘要：
目的 分析冠心病合并高血压患者采取综合护理服务干预的效果。方法 将我院收治的106 例冠心病合并高血压患者 随机分为对照组（采取常规护理）和试验组（采取综合护理），每组53 例。对比两组患者临床疗效。结果 试验组护理总有效率 为96.23%，明显高于对照组的77.36%（P<0.05）。试验组患者对沟通能力、工作态度、护理技能及病房环境护理工作的满意度 高于对照组患者（P<0.05）。护理干预后，两组患者血压水平、生活质量评分均改善，试验组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 冠心病 合并高血压患者接受综合护理服务，可以明显改善病情、生活质量及护理满意度。

Effect observation of comprehensive care service in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing service intervention in patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension. Methods One hundred and six cases of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (taking routine care) and experimental group (taking comprehensive care), with 53 cases in each group. The clinical effects between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.23%, which was significantly higher than 77.36% of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfation with communication skills, working attitude, nursing skills and ward environmental care in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the blood pressure and quality of life in both groups significantly improved, and those in the experimental group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension, comprehensive nursing services can significantly improve the condition, quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
