综合护理在高压氧联合依达拉奉治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病中的效果

摘要：

目的 探讨综合护理在高压氧联合依达拉奉治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病中的效果。方法 选取我院收治的189例一 氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者，通过单双号随机分为两组，两组患者均接受高压氧联合依达拉奉治疗，治疗过程中分别给予常 规护理（对照组）与综合护理（观察组）。比较两组患者的恢复情况、心理状况、生活质量及护理满意度。结果 观察组的总好转 率和护理满意度评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的SAS 及SDS 评分均低于对照组，生活质量各维度评分均高于对照 组（P<0.05）。结论 在高压氧联合依达拉奉治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病中开展综合护理的效果显著。

Effect of comprehensive nursing in hyperbaric oxygen combined with edaravone in the treatment of delayed encephalopathy of carbon monoxide poisoning

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing in hyperbaric oxygen combined with edaravone in the treatment of delayed encephalopathy of carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods A total of 189 patients with delayed encephalopathy of carbon monoxide poisoning treated in our hospital were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into two groups by single or double randomization. The patients were all treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with edaravone; during the treatment, routine nursing (control group) and comprehensive nursing (observation group) were given respectively. The recovery, psychological status, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total improvement rate and the score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), the scores of each dimension of life quality in the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing in hyperbaric oxygen combined with edaravone in the treatment of delayed encephalopathy of carbon monoxide poisoning is remarkable.
