综合护理干预应用于消化性溃疡的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨护理干预应用于消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法 选取2015 年4 月至2016 年8 月我院收治的84 例消化性溃 疡患者为研究对象，将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组42 例。对照组患者给予基础护理，观察组患者给予综合护理干预。比 较两组患者的临床效果、护理满意度及护理前、后生活质量评分。结果 观察组患者的总有效率为95.2%，明显高于对照组的 76.2%（P<0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度为100.0%，明显高于对照组的85.7%（P<0.05）；护理后，两组患者的躯体功能、社 会功能、睡眠情感及精力功能评分均明显优于护理前，且观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 消化性溃疡患者临床治疗过 程中应采用综合护理干预，可提高临床效果，并促进患者生活质量的提高，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with peptic ulcer

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods Eighty-four peptic ulcer patients admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to August 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given basic nursing, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical effect, nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores before and after nursing were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.2%, which was higher than 76.2% of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.0%, which was higher than 85.7% of the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of physical function, social function, sleep emotion and energy function of the two groups were significantly better than before nursing, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with peptic ulcer can improve the clinical effect and the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
