孕妇课堂在分娩期健康教育中的作用及效果分析

摘要:

目的 分析孕妇课堂在分娩期健康教育中的作用与效果。方法 将2015年1月至2016年12月我院妇产科收治的100例临产孕妇随机分成观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组进行传统的常规健康教育,观察组根据自身实际情况予以孕妇课堂 教学,针对性地予以连续学习与演习。比较两组孕妇的健康知识掌握程度、护理满意度、焦虑与抑郁评分及分娩结局。结果 观察组的阴道分娩率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后大出血与新生儿窒息率略低于对照组,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。入院时,两组孕妇的SDS及SAS评分比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);教育后,两组孕妇的SDS及SAS 评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇的健康知识测试评分与护理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P< 0.05)。结论 针对分娩期孕妇在健康教育中开设孕妇课堂效果显著,可缓解孕妇的焦虑、抑郁心理,提高健康知识掌握程度 及阴道分娩率,提高孕妇的护理满意度,值得在临床上推广应用。

    Role and effect analysis of pregnant women``s classroom in health education during childbirth

    ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the role and effect of pregnant women``s classroom in health education during childbirth. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 100 cases of pregnant women admitted to obstetrics and gynecology department in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional routine health education, while the observation group was treated with class teaching according to actual situation of pregnant women, targeted to be continuous learning and exercise. The scores of health knowledge, nursing satisfaction, anxiety and depression and delivery outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The rates of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were slightly lower than those in the control group, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). At admission, the difference of SDS and SAS scores between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05); after education, the SDS and SAS scores of both groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The scores of health knowledge test and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The pregnant women``s classroom in health education of pregnant women during childbirth has remarkable effect, it can relieve anxiety and depression in pregnant women, improve the level of knowledge of health knowledge and vaginal delivery rate, and improve the nursing satisfaction of pregnant women, which is worthy of clinical application.
