低剂量CT扫描在颅脑病变中的应用价值

摘要:
目的 分析低剂量CT扫描在颅脑病变中的应用价值。方法 选取我院收治的高度怀疑为颅脑内病变的患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予常规CT 扫描,观察组患者给予低剂量CT扫描。对两组的图像质量和有效辐射剂量 进行对比。结果 两组患者的图像质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的有效辐射剂量低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 在采用螺旋CT扫描时,据患者的实际体重指数调整管电流、管电压,采用低剂量扫描方式,不但可以保证成像的质量和诊断结果的准确率,还可以降低有效辐射剂量,更有益于患者身体健康,值得临床推广。

Application value of low dose CT scan in craniocerebral lesions

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the value of low dose CT scan in craniocerebral lesions. Methods Sixty patients who were highly suspected as craniocerebral lesions were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Routine CT scan was performed in the control group. The observation group was given low-dose CT scan. The image quality and effective radiation dose of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the image quality between the two groups (P>0.05). The effective radiation dose in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion To adjust the tube current and tube voltage in the use of spiral CT scan according to the actual body mass index and use low dose scanning method, can not only guarantee the quality of imaging and accuracy rate of the diagnostic results, but also reduce the effective radiation dose, it is beneficial to the patient``s health, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
