间苯三酚联合地西泮在产程中的应用效果研究

摘要：

目的 探讨间苯三酚联合地西泮与消旋山莨菪碱联合地西泮应用于产程的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2015年1月至2016年1月进行阴道试产的120例初产妇为研究对象，随机分为研究组及对照组，每组60 例。研究组患者采用间苯三酚 联合地西泮治疗，对照组采用消旋山莨菪碱联合地西泮治疗。观察两组用药后的临床效果。结果 研究组产妇的宫口开全时 间短于对照组，宫颈水肿发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者的第二产程比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）。研究组产妇的剖宫 产率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组产妇的产后2 h 出血量及新生儿窒息率比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论 间苯三酚联合 地西泮应用于产程能减轻宫颈痉挛、水肿，缓解患者焦虑，加速宫口扩张，促进产程进展，且对母婴无明显不良影响，值得产 科临床应用。

Application effect of phloroglucin combined with diazepam in the stage of labor

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of phloroglucin combined with diazepam and raceanisodamine combined with diazepam in the stage of labor. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 120 cases of primipara in our hospital for vaginal trial production were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The study group was treated with phloroglucin combined with diazepam, while the control group was treated with raceanisodamine combined with diazepam. The clinical effects in both groups were observed after drug treatment. Results The uterine neck whole opened time in the study group was shorter than that of the control group, cervical edema rate in the study groups was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the second stage of labor between the two groups (P>0.05). The cesarean section rate in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05); there were no significant differences in the maternal postpartum 2 h hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia rate between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Phloroglucin combined with diazepam can reduce cervical spasms and edema, relieve patient``s anxiety, speed up the expansion of miyaguchi, promote labor progress, with no significant adverse effects on mother and child, which is worthy of clinical application in obstetric.
