加减易黄汤联合保妇康治疗老年阴道炎的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 观察加减易黄汤联合保妇康治疗老年阴道炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2011年5月至2015年5月于我院接受治疗 的200例老年阴道炎患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组，各100 例。对照组患者使用保妇康治 疗，研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合加减易黄汤治疗，比较两组治疗的效果、症状评分、阴道清洁度评分、细菌培养评分和 阴道pH 值。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为90.00%，显著高于对照组的52.00%（P<0.05）。治疗后两组症状评分、阴道清洁度、细菌培养评分和阴道pH 值均降低，且研究组低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 老年阴道炎患者采用加减易 黄汤联合保妇康治疗的效果优于单独使用保妇康，具有较高的临床价值，值得推广应用。

Clinical observation of modified Yihuang decoction combined with Baofukang in the treatment of senile vaginitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Yihuang decoction combined with Baofukang in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods Two hundred patients with senile vaginitis treated in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2015 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table, the patients were divided into study group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given Baofukang treatment, while the study group was given modified Yihuang decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects, symptom scores, vaginal cleanliness scores, bacterial culture scores and vaginal pH before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 90.00% of the study group, which was significantly higher than 52.00% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores, vaginal cleanliness scores, bacterial culture scores and vaginal pH significantly decreased in both groups, and those in the study groups were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with senile vaginitis, modified Yihuang decoction combined with Baofukang has better effect than the single use of Baofukang. It has high clinical value, which is worthy of popularization and application.
