正畸治疗在口腔疾病患者口腔修复中的应用价值

摘要：

目的 探讨正畸治疗在口腔疾病患者口腔修复中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析我院2012 年9 月至2016 年9 月收治的 100例口腔疾病患者的临床资料，根据不同治疗方式分为对照组（49 例）和研究组（51 例）。对照组患者行常规治疗，研究 组患者行正畸治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、患者满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组的治疗总有效率、总满意率及 不良反应发生率分别为94.12%、96.08%、5.88%，对照组的治疗总有效率、总满意率及不良反应发生率分别为79.59%、77.55%、28.57%，研究组的治疗总有效率和总满意率显著高于对照组，不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 正畸治疗能有效提高口腔疾病患者的临床治疗效果及满意度，且不良反应少，疗效安全可靠，具有重要的临床应 用价值。

Application value of orthodontic treatment in mouth rehabilitation of oral patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the value of orthodontic treatment in mouth rehabilitation of oral patients. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with oral diseases admitted in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2016 were analyzed retrospectively, and the patients were divided into control group (n=49) and research group (n=51) according to different treatment methods. The control group was taken routine treatment and the research group was taken orthodontic treatment in mouth rehabilitation. The clinical effect, satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate, total satisfaction rate and incidence of adverse reactions in the research group were 94.12%, 96.08% and 5.88% respectively. The total effective rate, total satisfaction rate and incidence of adverse reactions in the control group were 79.59%, 77.55% and 28.57% respectively. The total effective rate and satisfaction rate in the research group were higher than those in the control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group, the differences between the two groups were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Orthodontic treatment can improve the clinical effect and oral patients`` satisfaction effectively, with less adverse reactions. It is of great value in clinical application.
