AFP、GGT和ADA在肝癌诊断中的临床意义

摘要:
目的 探讨AFP、GGT 和ADA 在肝癌诊断中的临床意义。方法 选取2016年10月至2017年2月我院收治的50 例肝癌 患者作为肝癌组,50 例良性肝病患者作为良性肝病组,50 名健康体检者作为健康组。检测三组研究对象的AFP、GGT 和ADA 水平,比较AFP、GGT 和ADA 三种物质不同检测方法在各组中的阳性率。结果 肝癌组患者的AFP、GGT 及ADA 水平明 显高于良性肝病组及健康组,良性肝病组AFP、GGT 及ADA 水平明显高于健康组(P<0.05)。健康组的AFP、GGT、ADA 单项 检测与AFP、GGT 及ADA 三项联合检测的阳性率明显低于肝癌组及良性肝病组(P<0.05)。良性肝病组的ADA 单项检测与 AFP、GGT 及ADA 三项联合检测的阳性率明显低于肝癌组(P<0.05)。结论 AFP、GGT 和ADA 三项肿瘤标志物检测在肝癌诊 断中具有重要临床意义,联合检测能够进一步提高诊断准确率。

Clinical significance of AFP, GGT and ADA in the diagnosis of liver cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical significance of AFP, GGT and ADA tumor markers in the diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods From October 2016 to February 2017, 50 liver cancer patients were selected as the liver cancer group, 50 benign liver disease patients were enrolled as the benign liver disease group, and another 50 healthy physical examiners were collected as the health group. The levels of AFP, GGT and ADA in the three groups were measured, and the positive rates of AFP, GGT and ADA in the three groups were compared. Results The levels of AFP, GGT and ADA in the liver cancer group were higher than those in the benign liver disease group and health group; and those in the benign liver disease group were higher than the health group (P<0.05). The positive rates of AFP, GGT, ADA single detections and combination detection of AFP, GGT and ADA in the healthy group were lower than those in the liver cancer group and benign liver disease group (P<0.05). The positive rates of ADA single detection and combination detection of AFP, GGT and ADA in benign liver disease group were lower than those in the liver cancer group (P<0.05). Conclusion Tumor markers AFP, GGT and ADA in the diagnosis of liver cancer has important clinical significance, the combination detection of AFP, GGT and ADA can further improve the diagnostic accuracy.
