快速康复外科理念在脊柱微创手术围术期护理中的效果

摘要：
目的 分析快速康复外科理念在脊柱微创手术围术期护理中的效果。方法 选取我院实施脊柱微创手术的腰椎间盘突 出患者150 例，分为对照组和观察组，各75 例。对照组实施常规康复护理，观察组在常规护理基础上应用快速康复外科理念 护理。比较患者手术前、后疼痛情况、住院时间、脊髓受损程度和生活质量。结果 护理后，两组患者的VAS 评分均明显下降，且观察组显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者住院时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者的Barthel、FMA 评分均显著 高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对实施脊柱微创手术患者在围手术期内实施快速康复护理，效果显著，有利于患者疾病转归，值 得推广。

Effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in the perioperative nursing of minimally invasive spine surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in the perioperative nursing of minimally invasive spine surgery. Methods A total of 150 cases of patients with lumbar disc protrusion undergoing minimally invasive spine surgery were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing, and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation surgery concept nursing on the basis of the control group. The pain degree before and after nursing, length of hospital stay, degree of spinal cord damage and life quality were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the VAS score in the two groups reduced obviously, and that in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The length of hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of Barthel and FMA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing minimally invasive spine surgery can obtain significant effect, which is conducive to the patients`` recovery and worthy of promotion.
