早期护理对脑梗塞患者语言及肢体康复的影响

摘要：

目的 研究分析早期护理干预对脑梗塞患者的语言、肢体康复的影响。方法 抽取我院收治的46 例脑梗塞患者作为研 究对象，将其随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者（23 例）给予常规护理，观察组患者（23 例）采用早期护理干预。观察比较 两组患者的护理效果。结果 护理后，观察组患者的护理总满意率高于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。护理后，两组患者的肢体、语言功能评分均升高，且观察组高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 早期护理干预对脑梗塞 患者的护理效果显著，能够有效提高患者的护理满意度，加快语言、肢体功能的康复速度，值得临床大力推广及应用。

Effect of early nursing on the language and the limb rehabilitation in patients with cerebral infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of early nursing on the language and the limb rehabilitation in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Forty-six patients with cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group (n=23) received routine nursing and the observation group (n=23) received early nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After nursing, the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of language and limbs function in
the two groups increased, and those of the observation group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Early nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction has significant effect, which can effectively improve nursing satisfaction of patients, promote the rehabilitation of language and limb function, and is worth promoting and application in clinic.
