右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼在子宫切除患者术后自控镇痛中的应用

摘要：

目的 观察右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼用于子宫切除患者术后自控镇痛中的效果。方法 选取我院2014 年9 月至2016 年10 月行子宫切除术的患者78 例，随机分为对照组及观察组，各39 例。对照组患者行麻醉诱导，并给予舒芬太尼；观察组 在对照组的基础上加用右美托咪定。观察两组患者镇痛效果及不良反应情况。结果 观察组各时间段VAS 评分均优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组心动过缓、呕吐、嗜睡不良反应发生率均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组术后2、24 h 皮质醇水平低于对照组 （P<0.05）。结论右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼用于子宫切除术后自控镇痛的效果显著，安全性高。

Application of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil on postoperative self-control analgesia in patients with uterus excision

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil on postoperative self-control analgesia of patients with uterus excision. Methods From September 2014 to October 2016, 78 cases patients with uterus excision in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group, with 39 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given anesthesia induction and sufentanil, while the observation group was given dexmedetomidine on the basis of the control group. The analgesic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The VAS scores at different time of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05); the incidence rates of bradycardia, vomit, drowsiness of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The cortisol levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 2 and 24 h after operation (P<0.05). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil on postoperative self-control analgesia of patients with uterus excision has significant effect and higher safety.
