盆腔炎患者应用健康教育护理干预的效果观察

摘要:
目的 探讨盆腔炎患者应用健康教育护理干预的临床效果。方法 选取2011年4月至2015年4月我院接受治疗的盆腔炎患者200例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各100 例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上 给予健康教育护理干预。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者疾病知识知晓率为98.00%,对照组患者疾病知识知晓率为72.00%,观察组患者疾病知晓率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理总满意率为97.00%,对照组患者的护理总满意率为74.00%,观察组患者护理总满意率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 健康 教育护理干预应用于盆腔炎患者,可使患者掌握更多的疾病相关知识,提高护理满意度,降低复发率,有利于女性患者的生殖健康,提高患者生活质量。

Effect observation of health education nursing intervention in patients with pelvic inflammatory

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of health education nursing intervention in patients with pelvic inflammatory. Methods A total of 200 cases of patients with pelvic inflammatory admitted in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given traditional nursing, while patients in observation group were given health education nursing intervention based on the traditional nursing. The nursing efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The awareness rate of knowledge about disease in the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than 72.00% in the control group, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.00%, which was higher than 74.00% of the control group, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of health educational nursing intervention in patients with pelvic inflammatory can promote the patients to know more about the disease, improve the nursing satisfaction, reduce the recurrence rate, and it is benefit to female patients reproductive healthy, which can further improve the quality of patients`` life.
