产后出血实施人性化护理的临床效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨对产后出血产妇实施人性化护理的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析我院2014年11月至2016年11月产科收治 的80例产后出血产妇的临床资料，按不同护理方法将产妇分为对照组（n=40）和观察组（n=40），所有产妇均实施常规止血处理，对照组产妇实施常规出血护理，观察组产妇实施人性化护理，统计对比两组产妇的护理效果。结果 观察组产妇产后24 h 出血量明显少于对照组，排尿时间、排便时间及住院时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组产妇护理后SDS、SAS 评分均明显 低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组产妇护理后的护理满意度评分为（97.2±2.3）分，与对照组的（85.7±3.6）分相比明显较高（t= 17.025，P<0.05）。结论 对产后出血产妇实施人性化护理临床效果显著，患者产后出血量少，术后恢复时间短，且患者情绪状 态良好，护理满意度高，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect observation of humanized nursing on postpartum hemorrhage

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of humanized nursing on postpartum hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of postpartum hemorrhage maternal treated in our hospitalfrom November 2014 to November 2016 was retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=40), all the patients received routine hemostasis treatment, then the control group received conventional nursing, while the observation group accepted humanized nursing, the nursing effects were compared in the two groups. Results The blood loss of the observation group at 24 h after delivery was less than that of the control group and the urination time, defecation time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was (97.2±2.3), which was higher than (85.7±3.6) of the control group (t=17.025, P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing has significant effect on postpartum hemorrhage, it has less postpartum hemorrhage, short postoperative recovery time, and the patients have good emotional state and high nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
