妊娠高血压疾病与妊娠糖尿病孕妇凝血功能与血脂检测意义

摘要：

目的 分析与探讨妊娠高血压疾病与妊娠糖尿病孕妇中凝血功能与血脂检测意义。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，选择 2008年7月至2016年2月在我院进行产检的妊娠高血压与妊娠糖尿病孕妇各50 例作为高血压组与糖尿病组，同期选择 50名健康单胎孕妇作为对照组，测定分析三组血脂与凝血功能指标，包括总胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、甘油三酯（TG）、凝血酶原时间（PT）、部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）等。结果 糖尿病组与高血压组 的血清LDL-C、TC、TG 水平均高于对照组，而HDL-C 水平明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。糖尿病组与高血压组的血浆APTT值均明显高于对照组（P<0.05），三组的PT值比较无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论 妊娠高血压疾病与妊娠糖尿病孕妇存在明显的凝血功能与血脂检测异常，能有效反映病情，因此临床上需要积极进行检测，促进妊娠预后的改善。

Detection significance of blood coagulation function and blood lipids in pregnant women with gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes mellitus

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze and discuss the significance of blood coagulation function and blood lipids in pregnant women with gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods From July 2008 to February 2016, 50 cases of pregnant women with gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital were selected as the hypertension group and diabetes group by retrospective study method. And 50 healthy singleton pregnant women were selected as the control group, the blood lipid and coagulation parameters were measured and analyzed, including total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglyceride (TG), prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT). Results The serum levels of LDL-C, TC and TG in the hypertension group and diabetes group were higher than those in the control group, while the HDL-C level was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The plasma APTT levels of the hypertension group and diabetes group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the PT values between the three groups (P>0.05). Conclusion There are obvious abnormality in blood coagulation function and blood lipid in pregnant women with gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes mellitus, which can effectively reflect the condition of the disease. Therefore, it is needed to carry on the positive detection in clinic to improve the prognosis of pregnancy.
