护理干预对围术期乳癌患者疾病认知及生活质量的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨护理干预对围术期乳癌患者疾病相关知识的认知及生活质量的影响。方法 选择2014年9月至2016年9月在我院诊断为乳癌并进行手术治疗的80例患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予护理干预，比较两组患者护理前、后对疾病的认知情况和术后生活质量。结果 护理后，两组患者对疾病相关知识的知晓评分 和生活质量评分均提高（P<0.05）。观察组患者疾病相关知识知晓评分为（89.36±4.85）分，高于对照组的（57.28±5.73）分（P< 0.05）。观察组患者生活质量评分为（46.12±2.43）分，高于对照组的（39.52±3.54）分（P<0.05）。结论护理干预有利于提高围术期乳癌患者对疾病相关知识的知晓评分及生活质量评分，有助于患者预后。

Influence of nursing intervention on cognition of desease and life quality in patients with breast cancer during perioperative period

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the influence of nursing intervention on cognition of disease-related knowledge and life quality in patients with breast cancer during perioperative period. Methods Eighty cases of patients diagnosed with breast cancer and treated with surgery in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given nursing intervention, the cognition of disease and postoperative life quality of patients between the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the cognition scores of disease-related knowledge and scores of life quality significantly improved in the both groups (P<0.05); those in the observation group were (89.36+4.85) and (46.12±2.43) respectively, which were significantly higher than (57.28±5.73) and (39.52±3.54) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention has a significant impact on cognition of disease-related knowledge and quality of life in patients with breast cancer, which contributes to patients`` prognosis.
