连续性护理干预对卵巢囊肿手术患者术后心理状态及妊娠的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨连续性护理干预对卵巢囊肿手术患者术后心理状态及妊娠的影响。方法 选取在我院进行手术治疗的卵巢囊肿患者110例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各55 例。对照组患者给予院内护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予出院后连续性护理。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组健康知识各方面掌握率及总掌握率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。术后，对照组负性因子明显高于观察组，正性因子及幸福总数明显低于观察组（P<0.05）。对照组的焦虑发生率明显高于观察组（P<0.05）。观察组患者术后妊娠率为70.9%，明显高于对照组的45.4%（P<0.05）。结论 给予卵巢囊肿手术患者连续性护理干预的临床效 果显著，可改善心理状态，提高妊娠几率，增强幸福感。

Effect of continuous nursing intervention on postoperative mental state and pregnancy in patients

with ovarian cyst surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing intervention on postoperative mental state and pregnancy in patients with ovarian cyst surgery. Methods A total of 110 patients with ovarian cyst surgery in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given hospital nursing, and the observation group was given continuous nursing after discharge based on the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The mastery rate of health knowledge and the total mastery rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those the of control group (P<0.05). After surgery, the negative factors score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group, positive factors and gross happiness scores were significantly lower than those of the observation group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of anxiety of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group (P<0.05). The postoperative pregnancy rate of the observation group was 70.9%, which was significantly higher than 45.4% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention for patients with ovarian cyst surgery has significant effect, which can improve mental state, increase pregnancy rate and strengthen happiness.
