自拟疏肝益胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

摘要：

目的 观察自拟疏肝益胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法 将我院脾胃病科2015年6月至2016年5月经胃镜检查并经活检病理证实的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者102例，随机分成治疗组和对照组，各51例。治疗组采用自拟疏肝益胃汤加减治 疗，对照组采用胃复春片治疗，以临床总疗效作为观察指标。结果 治疗组症候疗效总有效率为98.0%，对照组为78.4%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组内镜下疗效总有效率为88.2%，对照组总有效率为70.6%，两组比较差异有统计学 意义（P<0.05）；治疗组胃黏膜病理组织学疗效总有效率为90.2%，对照组总有效率为76.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P< 0.05）。结论 自拟疏肝益胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果明显。

Clinical effect observation of self-designed soothing liver benefit stomach decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect observation of self -designed soothing liver benefit stomach decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods From June 2015 to May 2016, 102 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis confirmed by gastroscopy and biopsy pathology in spleen and stomach disease division of our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 51 cases in each group. The treatment group adopted self -designed soothing liver benefit stomach decoction, the control group was treated by stomach restoring pills, the total clinical efficacy was served as indicator. Results The total symptom effective rate of the treatment group was 98.0%, which was higer than 78.4% of the control group (P<0.05); the total endoscopic effective rate of the treatment group was 88.2%, and the control group was 70.6%, the difference was statistical significant (P<0.05); the total effective rate of gastric mucosal pathologic histology curative effect in the treatment group was 90.2%, which was higher than 76.5% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The self-designed soothing liver benefit stomach soup has obvious effects on chronic atrophic gastritis.
