四逆补阳还五汤化裁治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症的疗效分析

摘要：

目的 观察分析四逆补阳还五汤化裁治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症的临床效果。方法 选取2015年6月至2016年6月在我院治疗的气虚血瘀型中风后遗症患者200例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组100例。对照组患者使用常规西药治 疗，观察组患者采用四逆补阳还五汤化裁进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、神经功能缺损情况、日常生活能力改善情 况。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.00%，显著优于对照组的81.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者神经功能缺损及日常生活能力评分均显著改善，且观察组神经功能缺损及日常生活能力评分均显著优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 四逆补阳还五汤化裁治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症患者的效果显著，可改善患者的神经功能，提高其日常生活能力，临床应用价值高。

Curative effect analysis of Sini Buyang Huanwu decoction on stroke sequela of Qi deficiency and blood stasis

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of Sini Buyang Huanwu decoction on stroke sequela of Qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods A total of 200 patients with stroke sequela of Qi deficiency and blood stasis in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were enrolled, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, while patients in the observation group were treated with Sini Buyang Huanwu decoction. The total effective rates, neural function defect, improvement of daily life ability of patients in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 93.00%, which was significantly better than 81.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment, the scores of neural function defect and daily life ability of patients in the two groups significantly improved, and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The Sini Buyang Huanwu decoction on stroke sequela of Qi deficiency and blood stasis has significant effect, can improve the patients`` nerve function and ability of daily life, which has high clinical value.
