安全护理在高压氧舱治疗患者中的应用价值

摘要：

目的 分析安全护理在高压氧舱治疗患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2013年1月至2016年12月我院收治的100例高压氧舱治疗患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组50例。对照组采取常规护理措施，观察组在常规护理基础上给予安全护理措施。比较两组患者的不良事件发生率、SAS评分、护理满意度及治疗总有效率。结果 观察组的不良事件总发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的护理满意度及治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；干预后，观察组的SAS评分为（36.75± 6.03）分，明显低于对照组的（43.21±7.25）分（P<0.05）。结论 在高压氧舱治疗中采取安全护理可有效减少不良事件发生，提高治疗效果和安全性，可有效减轻患者的负性情绪，提高护理满意度。

Application value of safety nursing in patients with hyperbaric oxygen treatment

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application value of safety nursing in patients with hyperbaric oxygen treatment. Methods One hundred cases of patients with hyperbaric oxygen treatment in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received safety nursing on the basis of the routine nursing. The incidence of adverse events, SAS score, nursing satisfaction and total effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction rate and total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing intervention, the SAS score in the observation group was (36.75±6.03), which was significantly lower than (43.21±7.25) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Using the safety nursing in the hyperbaric oxygen treatment can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve the therapeutic effect and safety, alleviate the negative emotions of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
