老年高血压患者脑出血的综合护理措施及实效

摘要：

目的 研究老年高血压患者脑出血的综合护理措施及实施效果。方法 选取2014年8月至2016年8月收治的96例老年高血压脑出血患者为研究对象，分为对照组和观察组，每组48 例。给予对照组患者常规护理，而给予观察组患者综合护理，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者的护理总有效率为93.75%，显著高于对照组的62.50%（P<0.05）；护理后，两 组患者在2、4、6、8 周的Barthel评分均有所提高，且观察组的Barthel评分显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理在老年 高血压患者脑出血护理中的效果显著，能有效改善患者的神经功能缺损，提高其生活能力，值得在临床上广泛推广。

Effect of comprehensive nursing in elderly hypertensive patients with cerebral hemorrhage

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing in elderly hypertensive patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods From August 2014 to August 2016, 96 cases of elderly hypertensive patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected as the research objects, which were divided into control group and observation group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than 62.50% of the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the Barthel scores at 2, 4, 6, 8 week of the two groups were improved, and the Barthel scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing effect of comprehensive nursing in the elderly hypertensive patients with cerebral hemorrhage is remarkable, which can effectively improve the patients`` neurological defect phenomenon and improve their living ability. It is worth widely promoting in clinic.
