超声介入疗法治疗盆腔淋巴囊肿的临床效果分析

摘要：

目的 分析超声介入疗法治疗盆腔淋巴囊肿的临床效果。方法 收集2013年8月至2016年8月我院收治的妇科恶性肿瘤患者90例，所有患者均在术后出现盆腔淋巴囊肿。根据治疗方案的不同分为甲组和乙组，每组45例。甲组给予保守治疗， 乙组采用超声介入疗法。对比两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果 甲组的盆腔淋巴囊肿治疗总改善率为84.4%，明显低于乙组的100.0%（P<0.05）。治疗期间，甲组的不良反应总发生率为17.8%，明显高于乙组的4.4%（P<0.05）。结论 超声介入疗法治疗盆腔淋巴囊肿效果优于保守治疗，安全性较高，可进行临床推广。

Clinical effect analysis of ultrasonic interventional therapy on pelvic lymphocyst

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ultrasound intervention therapy on pelvic lymphocyst. Methods Ninety cases of patients with gynecologic malignancies in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2016 were collected and all patients appeared pelvic lymphocyst postoperatively. According to the different treatment methods, all the patients were divided into group A and group B, with 45 cases in each group. The group A received conservative treatment, while the group B was given ultrasonic interventional therapy. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total improvement rate of pelvic lymphocyst in the group A was 84.4% , which was lower than 100.0% in the group B (P<0.05). During the treatment, the total incidence of adverse reaction in the group A was 17.8%, which was significantly higher than 4.4% in the group B (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound interventional therapy is superior to conservative treatment in the treatment of pelvic lymphocyst. It is safe and worth to be popularized in clinic.
