胎儿实时四维超声心动图的临床研究

摘要:

目的 探讨胎儿实时四维超声心动图在胎儿心脏畸形检查中的作用与优势。方法 将2016年3月至2017年3月于我院诊治的110例确诊为胎儿心脏及大血管畸形的孕妇纳入本研究,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组55例。对照孕妇使用二维超声心动图进行胎儿检查,试验组孕妇使用四维超声心动图进行检查,比较使用不同方法检查时,胎儿心脏畸形的检出率与 误诊率。结果 对照组胎儿心脏畸形检出率为81.82%,试验组的检出率为96.36%,对照组的误诊率18.18%,试验组的误诊率 3.64%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 四维超声心动图检查可以更准确、完整地对胎儿心脏情况进行检查及评估,显著提高了胎儿心脏畸形检出率,降低了检出错误率,值得在临床上推广应用。

    Clinical study of real-time four-dimensional echocardiography in fetus

    ABSTRACT: Objective To study the role and advantages of fetal real-time four-dimensional echocardiography in fetal heart abnormalities. Methods A total of 110 pregnant women diagnosed with fetal heart and major vascular malformations and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 55 patients in each group. The control group was examined with two-dimensional echocardiography, the experimental group was examined with real -time four -dimensional echocardiography, the detection rate and error rate of two groups of fetal malformation were compared. Results The detection rate of fetal heart malformations in control group was 81.82%, the detection rate of fetal heart malformations in the test group was 96.36%, the misdiagnosis rate of control group was 18.18%, the misdiagnosis rate of experimental group was 3.64%, and the differences in detection rate and error rate of fetal heart malformations between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Real-time four-dimensional echocardiography has more accurate and complete examination and evaluation of fetal heart condition, it can significantly improve the detection rate of fetal heart malformation and reduce the rate of error detection, which is worthy of clinical application.
