复方硫磺洗剂治疗外阴瘙痒的临床效果

摘要：

目的 研究复方硫磺洗剂在外阴瘙痒治疗中的临床价值。方法 选本院2014年9月至2017年1月就诊的外阴瘙痒患者79例，参照随机分组原则分为对照组（32例）实施常规马来酸氯苯那敏片+诺氟沙星胶囊+甲硝唑栓治疗，观察组（47例）在常规治疗基础上加用复方硫磺洗剂。观察两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 两组患者在入院时的瘙痒症状评分比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组的瘙痒症状评分均降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组临床总有效率为 95.74%，高于对照组81.25%（P<0.05）；观察组患者的复发率低于对照组（P<0.05）；但两组患者的口干、嗜睡及不良反应总发生率比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论 外阴瘙痒患者采用复方硫磺洗剂治疗，对于改善患者瘙痒症状效果较好。

Clinical efficacy of compound sulfur lotion in the treatment of pruritus vulvue

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical value of compound sulfur lotion in the treatment of pruritus vulvue. Methods From September 2014 to January 2017, 79 cases of patients with pruritus vulvue in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group (32 cases) and observation group (47 cases). The control group received conventional of chlorphenamine maleate tablets + norfloxacin capsules + metronidazole suppositories treatment, and the observation group accepted compound sulfur lotion on the basis of conventional therapy. The curative effects and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the score of pruritus symptoms between the two groups at admission (P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of pruritus symptoms decreased in both groups, and the score in the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 95.74% in the observation group, which was higher than 81.25% of the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). However, there were no significant differences in the incidence of dryness, lethargy and total adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Compound sulfur lotion has obviously effect in the treatment of pruritus vulvue, which can improve the itching symptoms better.
