利福喷丁与利福平应用于肺结核治疗中的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析利福喷丁与利福平应用于肺结核治疗中的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析我院2015年6月至2016年12月收治的70例肺结核患者的临床资料，根据不同治疗方式将其分为研究组（35例）与对照组（35例）。对照组行利福平治疗，研究组行立利福喷丁治疗；对比两组肺结核患者的治疗总有效率、病灶吸收率以及痰液细菌阳性率。结果 与对照组比较，研究组患者的治疗总有效率和病灶显著吸收率明显更高（P<0.05）。两组治疗前、治疗后2个月和5个月的细菌痰液检测阳性率有差异，随治疗时间延长，均呈下降趋势（P<0.05）；研究组患者治疗后2个月和5个月的细菌痰液检测阳性率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 利福喷丁在肺结核治疗中的临床效果十分显著，有利于进一步改善肺结核症状，促进结核病灶吸收，值得在临床中推广运用。

Clinical effect of rifapentine and rifampicin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of rifapentine and rifampicin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into study group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases) according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with rifampicin, and the study group was treated with rituximab. The total effective rate, lesion absorption rate and sputum bacterial positive rate were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate, lesion absorption rate in the study group were higher (P<0.05). There were significant differences in the positive rate of bacterial sputum detection between the two groups before treatment, 2 months and 5 months after treatment, the positive rate of bacterial sputum detection showed a downward trend with the prolonged treatment (P<0.05). The positive rate of bacterial sputum detection in the study group 2 months and 5 months after treatment were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Rifapentine has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis, which is helpful to further improve the symptoms of tuberculosis and promote the absorption of tuberculosis. It is worth to be popularized in clinic.
