血液标本采集对生化检验结果的影响差异分析

摘要：

目的 分析和研究在生化检验中血液样本采集对其检查结果的影响，为临床提供参考。方法 选取2014年10月至2015年12月在我院住院部200例患者的静脉血液样本作为研究对象。应用血液分析仪检测相关生化指标，并分析采血时间、采血部位、标本溶血、送检时间等对静脉血检验结果的影响。结果 采血时间、采血部位、标本溶血、送检时间等均是影响血液生化指标的因素，差异均存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 及时地分析影响血液生化检验的影响因素，可为临床检验提供有力的理论基础，提高检验的精准性，使误差产生在可控范围内。

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of blood sample collection on biochemical examination results, and to provide reference for clinical. Methods Two hundred cases of patients from October 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected and their venous blood samples were collected as study objects. Hemanalysis instrument was used to detect related biochemical indicators, and the blood collection time, blood collection location, hemolysis and inspection time were analyzed and their effect on venous blood test results were compared. Results The blood collection time, collection location, hemolysis and inspection time were all factors that affect the blood biochemical test results, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion To analyze the influence factors of blood biochemical test timely can provide a strong theoretical basis for clinical testing, improve the accuracy of the test, and control the error in the controllable range.
