不同脐部护理方法对新生儿脐部愈合的效果评价

摘要：
目的 分析不同脐部护理方法对新生儿脐部愈合的效果。方法 选取2014年7月至2015年7月本院产科收治的124例新生儿为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各62例。对照组新生儿采用常规脐部护理模式，观察组新生儿采用综合护理干预模式。对比两组患儿的脐带脱落时间、脐炎发生率等。结果 对照组新生儿脐部愈合时间为（15.41±2.13）d，5 例轻度脐炎，脐炎发生率为8.06%；观察组新生儿脐部愈合时间为（12.13依2.17）d，1 例轻度脐炎，脐炎发生率为1.61%。两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理干预能够有效缩短新生儿脐部愈合时间，降低新生儿脐炎发生率。

Effect evaluation of different umbilical nursing methods on umbilical healing of newborn

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare and analyze the effect of different umbilical nursing methods on umbilical cord healing. Methods One hundred and twenty four cases of newborn from July 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 62 cases in each group. The control group received conventional umbilical nursing mode, while the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention mode. The children``s umbilical cord off time, omphalitis probability of two groups were compared. Results In the control group, the neonatal umbilical healing time was (15.41±2.13) days, the light omphalitis occurred in 5 cases and the omphalitis incidence was 8.06%; in observation group, the neonatal umbilical healing time was (12.13±2.17) days, the light omphalitis occurred in 1 case and the omphalitis occurrence probability was 1.61%; the differences between two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention on newborn can effectively reduce the neonatal umbilical healing time, and the incidence of neonatal omphalitis.
