慢性支气管炎患者人性化护理的方法与效果探讨

摘要：
目的 探讨慢性支气管炎人性化护理的方法与效果。方法 将我院诊治的慢性支气管炎患者514例随机分为观察组与对照组，各257例。两组均给予常规治疗，连续治疗观察30 d；对照组在治疗期间给予一般护理，观察组在对照组护理的基础上加用人性化护理。比较两组患者的临床疗效与护理满意度。结果 治疗后观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为96.00%和 90.27%，观察组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后观察组对于护士态度、护理水平、健康宣教及心理护理的满意度评分均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对慢性支气管炎患者实施人性化护理能提高患者对护理工作的满意度，有利于患者的病情改善，值得临床推广应用。

The method and effect of humanized nursing for patients with chronic bronchitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the method and effect of humanized nursing for patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods Five hundred and fourteen cases of patients of chronic bronchitis admitted in our hospital were collected, all the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 257 cases in each group. The two groups were given conventional treatment, continuous treatment of 30 d; the control group was given general care during the treatment, while the observation group was given humanized nursing care on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect and nursing satisfaction rate of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 96.00% and 90.27% respectively, the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the attitude, nursing, health education and psychological nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing on patients with chronic bronchitis can improve the patients`` satisfaction on nursing work, which is conducive to improve the patients`` condition and has a good application value.
