产前健康教育对产妇产程及分娩方式的影响观察

摘要:

目的 探讨产前健康教育对产妇产程及分娩方式的影响。方法 选取我院进行孕产期检查直至分娩的产妇230例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各115 例。对照组产妇仅进行常规孕产期检查直至分娩,观察组产妇在常规孕产期检查的同时接受产前健康教育直至分娩。对两组产妇的分娩方式、产程时间以及产妇分娩配合情况进行观察比较。结果 观察组产妇自然分娩率(91.30%)明显高于对照组(77.39%),观察组产妇剖宫产率(3.48%)明显低于对照组(13.91%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者第一产程、第二产程及产程总时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两 组第三产程比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组产妇分娩配合情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对产妇进行定期产前健康教育可显著提高自然分娩率,降低剖宫产率,缩短产程时间,提高产妇的分娩配合程度,对于保障母婴安全具有重要意义,值得临床推广应用。

    Observation of the influence on the labor and delivery mode of prenatal health education

    ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the influence on the labor and delivery mode of prenatal health education. Methods Two hundred and thirty puerperas underwent maternal examination until delivery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 115 cases in each group. The puerperas in control group only underwent maternal examination until delivery, but the puerperas in observation group underwent prenatal health education until delivery additionally. The delivery mode, labor time, cooperation of delivery of two groups were observed and compared. Results The natural delivery rate of observation group (91.30%) was obviously higher than control group (77.39%), and the caesarean delivery rate of observation group (3.48%) was obviously lower than control group (13.91%). All the differences had statistically significance (P<0.05). The time of first labor, second labor and total labor time of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). But the time of third labor between two groups had no statistically difference (P>0.05). The puerperas with good delivery cooperation grade of the observation group was obviously better than that of control group with statistically significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Prenatal health education can improve the natural delivery rate, reduce the caesarean delivery rate and labor time and improve the delivery cooperation rate, which has important significance in ensuring the safety of mother and infants and is worthy of clinical application.
