心理护理与健康教育在冠心病心绞痛患者护理中的应用

摘要:

目的 探讨心理护理与健康教育在冠心病心绞痛患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2013年3月至2016年3月收治的82例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,将所有患者根据入院单双号分为研究组和对照组,各41例。对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者在对照组常规护理的基础上实施心理护理与健康教育,比较两组患者的治疗依从性、并发症的发生情况、不良情绪评分、生活自理能力评分、健康知识评分及护理满意度。结果 研究组患者的治疗依从性显著高于对照组,并发症的发生率显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、生活自理能力评分以及健康知识评分显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度为95.12%,明显高于对照组的80.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对冠心病心绞痛患者实施心理护理与健康教育能有效提高患者治疗依从性,减少并发症发生,改善患者的不良情绪,提高患者的生活自理能力以及健康知识的掌握水平。

    The application of psychological care and health education for the patients with angina of coronary heart disease

    ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effects of psychological care and health education in patients with angina of coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty-two cases of patients with angina of coronary heart disease were selected and divided into study group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing, while the patients in the study group were given psychological care and health education based on the conventional nursing. The treatment compliance, incidence of complications, anxiety and depression scores, daily living scores, health knowledge scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment compliance of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and incidence rate of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The anxiety and depression scores, daily living scores and health knowledge scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of study group was 95.12%, which was significantly higher than 80.49% of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The psychological care and health education can effectively improve treatment compliance, reduce the complications occurrence rate, improve the negative emotions and improve the self-care capacities and health knowledge for the patients with angina of coronary heart disease.
