综合护理干预对冠心病患者生活质量的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨综合护理干预对冠心病患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取我院2015年4月至2016年4月收治的62例冠心病患者为研究对象，将所有患者根据入院号分为研究组和对照组，各31例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预，研究组患者给予综合护理干预，对比两组患者不良情绪评分、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果 研究组SAS、SDS评分分别为（25.23±4.62） 分、（27.13±3.23）分，对照组SAS、SDS评分分别为（42.61±2.31）分、（41.52±3.68）分，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组生活质量评分明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组患者护理满意度为96.77%，明显高于对照组的 87.10%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对冠心病患者实施综合护理干预能有效改善患者的不良情绪，提高生活质量，具 有重要的临床价值。

The influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with coronary heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the life quality of coronary heart disease patients. Methods Sixty-two cases of patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected, and divided into two groups according to the order of admission. The control group (31 cases) received conventional nursing, while the study group (31 cases) accepted comprehensive nursing intervention. The scores of bad mood and quality of life, as well as nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were (25.23±4.62) and (27.13±3.23) respectively, and the control group were (42.61±2.31) and (41.52±3.68) respectively, the differences between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the quality of life of the study group was significantly different (P<0.05); the satisfaction rate of the study group was 96.77%, which was significantly higher than 87.10% of the control (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease, comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve patients` bad mood and quality of life, which has a great clinical value.
