护理干预在微波治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎中的临床效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨小儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿微波治疗时给予护理干预的临床效果。方法 选择我院在2014年1月至2016年5月收治的82例接受微波治疗的小儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿为研究对象，将其分为观察组和对照组，各41例。所有患儿入院后均给予常规护理，观察组患儿在此基础上给予护理干预，比较两组患儿的临床治疗有效率、临床症状（发热、腹泻、呕吐、脱水）消失时间及患儿家属对护理质量的满意度。结果 观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率为97.56%，对照组临床治疗总有效率为 80.49%，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患儿发热、腹泻、呕吐及脱水等症状消失时间明显优于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患儿家属对护理质量的满意度为100.00%，对照组患儿家属对护理质量的满意度为82.93%，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 小儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿接受微波治疗时给予护理干预有助于提升临床治疗效果，促进患儿症状消除，在改善患者满意度方面也具有积极作用。

Clinical effect of nursing intervention on the infantile rotavirus enteritis treated by microwave

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the clinical effect of nursing intervention on the infantile rotavirus enteritis treated by microwave. Methods A total of 82 cases of infantile rotavirus enteritis who treated by microwave in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the research subjects, and all of them were divided into observation group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. All the children were given routine nursing, while children in the observation group were given nursing intervention based on the clinical manifestations and treatment. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms (fever diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration) disappreaing time and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group and control group were 97.56% and 80.49% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The disappear time of fever diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration in observation group were shorter than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group and control group were 100.00% and 82.93% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention in the care of infantile rotavirus enteritis who treated by microwave can markedly improve treatment efficacy and shorten the disappearing time of clinical symptoms, which has a positive promotion on nursing satisfaction.
