开放式胃癌根治术治疗83例胃癌患者的临床疗效分析

摘要：

目的 探讨开放式胃癌根治术治疗83例胃癌患者的临床效果。方法 抽选2013年1月至2016年2月在我院就诊的166例胃癌患者为研究对象，结合患者入院先后时间分为两组。观察组（83例）给予开放式胃癌根治术，对照组（83例）则结合腹腔镜治疗，对比两组患者平均手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床时间、住院时间以及术后并发症发生率等手术指标，同时统计两组患者淋巴结清扫数量差异。结果 观察组患者平均手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床时间、手术切口长度指标均低于对照组，两组数据对比，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者的住院时间、清扫淋巴结数量、术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 开放式胃癌根治术对治疗胃癌效果显著，手术时间及安全性有一定优势，值得在临床中推广应用。

Clinical efficacy of open radical gastrectomy on gastric cancer in 83 cases

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of open radical gastrectomy in treatment of 83 cases of patients with gastric cancer. Methods One hundred and sixty-six cases of gastric cancer patients treated in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2016 were selected as research objects, and divided into two groups according to admission time. 83 cases in the observation group underwent open radical gastrectomy, while 83 cases in the control group underwent laparoscope surgery. The average surgery time, blood loss, the incision length postoperative activity time, hospital stays, complications after surgery and the number of lymph node of the two groups were compared. Results The average operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative bed time, complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group with statistically difference (P<0.05); the hospitalization time, the number of lymph nodes dissection and incidence rate of complications in the two groups had no significant difference (P >0.05). Conclusion Open radical gastrectomy for patients with gastric cancer has good efficacy, and has advantages of operation time and safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
